Terms Of Service

​**I reserve the right to deny your commission for any reason.

Payment/Payment Plans:

Payments are taken through Paypal or Zelle. i do not accept checks or snail mail.

Payment Plans are accepted! a 20% non refundable down payment is required for any fursuit (premade or commission) bought from me. This cost covers materials and equipment. Payments are made monthly (or bi weekly, to be discussed with the commissioner). Payment plans cannot exceed 6 months. 

 

Refunds: 

Refunds are case by case. if you need a refund, reach out to me and we will discuss and agree on something. The 20% down payment will ONLY be refunded if the supplies have not been bought yet. Refunds will be given based on how complete the suit is. if the suit is fully complete, a refund will not be given. A forceful chargeback will get you blacklisted permanently. If I am the one cancelling the commission, a full refund will be given.

Shipping:

I ship through USPS! The commissioner pays for shipping via invoice(usually about $50). I usually do normal ground shipping, but if you want 1 or 2 day shipping let me know. As of right now I do not ship outside of the USA.

Deadlines:

I do not do deadlines. suits generally take between 6 months to a year, so please be aware of that before commissioning me. I give general timeframes on when your suit will be complete, but i cannot guarantee any specific date.

Repairs and warranty:

Issues that are my fault will be fixed free of charge. I do small repairs for free at conventions. Larger repairs or refurbs are to be discussed. for sanitary reasons, if the suit is used for adult activities the warranty will be voided.

Age: 

You must be 16+ to commission Saber Studios.

Other:

-I do NOT work with members of any hate group. This includes but is not limited to Nazis, Neo-Nazis, racists, Furry Raiders, etc. If i find out you are any during the commission process, you will be refunded and blacklisted.

-I do NOT work with pedophiles or zoophiles. If i find out you are either during the commission process, you will be refunded and blacklisted.

-I will NOT make any characters with satanic symbolism. this includes but is not limited to upside down crosses and pentagrams. I am a Christian and do not feel comfortable making or drawing them.
